What's the difference between Personal and Pro?+
Personal is a one-time payment that unlocks Kōzō on a single device — no AI, no sync. Pro is a monthly subscription that adds cloud sync across all your devices, AI capture, and shared spaces.
Do you offer student discounts?+
Yes — 50% off any subscription plan with a verified .edu (or equivalent) email. Toggle the student switch on the pricing page.
Which currencies do you accept?+
USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, NOK, SEK, DKK, JPY, and KRW. Pick yours from the currency switcher at the top of the pricing page.
Can I bring my own AI key?+
Yes. From Pro up, plug in OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or Perplexity — Kōzō never sees your traffic.
Is my data encrypted?+
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. End-to-end encrypted private notes ship on the roadmap.
Can I import from Notion / Apple Notes?+
Apple, Google Keep and Notion import is on the roadmap; CSV/PDF/DOCX import is live today.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. We never charge afterwards and you keep your data.
Do you have a mobile app?+
Kōzō is an installable PWA today. Native iOS/Android apps with widgets are in active development.
